Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a Manager to join the Global Paid Media & Analytics team. This role supports the development and execution of integrated media campaigns across Limited theatrical, day and date campaigns, full lifecycle as well as Fast Channel and Catalog.
The Manager operates with some independence, in campaign planning and execution, while contributing to strategic discussions with guidance from and in collaboration with their Director. This individual plays a key role in managing campaign workflows, owning key areas of plan development from strategy through execution, contributes to performance analysis and optimization, and helping translate insights into tactical recommendations under supervision.
Responsibilities
Strategic Contribution
- Support media strategy development through analysis, research, and tactical recommendations
- Contribute to planning discussions by helping build rationale for media approaches and optimizations in line with broader marketing strategy
- Apply campaign insights to recommendations with guidance from manager, ensuring alignment with broader strategy
- Support testing and learning agendas, including audience targeting and platform strategies
Campaign Planning, Execution, and Performance
- Own select aspects of campaign execution across Digital, Social, TV, Radio, and emerging platforms as well as lead planning through execution of other areas
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across assigned campaigns or workstreams
- Support trafficking, tagging/pixel implementation, QA, and reporting in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
- Help ensure campaigns launch accurately and run efficiently, escalating issues as needed
- Monitor pacing and performance, flagging risks and recommending optimizations with manager oversight
- Contribute to development of recurring reporting (weekly updates, campaign summaries, insights decks)
- Identify trends and surface insights, partnering with manager to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Support data accuracy and consistency across reporting and platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams, processes, and deliverables
- Communicate campaign progress clearly and escalate issues when needed
- Act as a reliable day-to-day partner for internal stakeholders and agency teams in collaboration with their manager and where applicable
- Keep stakeholders informed on timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and distribution teams to support campaign execution
- Manage, support and collaborate with Coordinators, helping guide execution and share best practices
- Contribute ideas for new tactics, optimizations, and process improvements with manager guidance
- Positively contribute to team culture, collaboration, and operational efficiency
Industry & Business Acumen
- Maintain awareness of competitive film releases and media strategies
- Understand marketing strategy and performance targets and how media supports campaign those campaign goals
- Build familiarity with box office trends and performance of major releases and apply to media planning strategy
- Stay current on the evolving streaming and connected TV landscape, including FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) platforms and Prime Video Channels
Experience & Skills
· Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3+ years of experience in media planning, buying, analytics, or related field (agency/studio preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and contribute to recommendations
- Experience across digital and/or traditional media channels (Social, Programmatic, TV, Radio)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, DV360, Amazon Ads, and social ad platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
